ASI Improves ESP+ System with Enhanced Capabilities for Advertising Merchandise Dealers

The Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI), the largest technology, marketing, and information provider in the $26.6 billion promotional products industry, has unveiled a series of new features in its ESP+ platform. This update is designed to give distributors significant control over branding, operations, and client engagement.

Timothy M. Andrews, the president and chief executive officer of ASI, leads the family-owned company, which has been consistently ranked among the "Best Places to Work" in Philadelphia and Bucks County, PA, since 1962.

One of the key features of the latest ESP+ update is the ability to customize presentation templates. This allows distributors to save time and ensure consistency in their presentations. Moreover, custom images can be used to create personalized, on-brand virtual samples.

The update also introduces product number display control, enabling users to choose whether to show or hide product numbers in presentations. This feature provides a level of customization that was not previously available.

Store Inventory Tracking is another new feature in ESP+ Stores. This allows distributors to maintain precise control over in-store inventory, ensuring that they always have an accurate picture of their stock levels.

Flexible Store Order Processing is another significant addition. Distributors can now choose to process store orders individually or in batches, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in their operations.

In addition, the latest ESP+ release introduces client-specific presentation templates. This feature allows distributors to save time and ensure consistency in their presentations, as they can simply select the appropriate template for each client.

The updates to ESP+ also include real-time supplier trade show visibility. This means that distributors can check supplier participation at ASI shows, such as ASI Chicago, which is taking place from July 22-24.

Customizable Website Headers and Footers are also now available for ESP+ Websites. This allows distributors to tailor their site designs to better reflect their brand identity.

For more information on ESP+ and to request a demo, contact ASI at 800-546-1350 or contact Ken Lordy, ASI's vice president of product management, at klordy@our website.

The ASI Certification Program features more than 200 live and online education courses for industry professionals. The media and research operation of ASI provides the most authoritative business content in the promotional products industry. The organization itself is behind the development of these new features, employing internal teams such as Azure Integration Developers and collaborating with various technology experts to design and implement advanced tools and integrations for the promotional products industry.

In conclusion, the latest update to ASI's ESP+ platform introduces several new features that are set to revolutionize the way distributors operate. From custom presentation templates to real-time supplier trade show visibility and inventory management for ESP+ Stores, these updates are set to give distributors greater control over their branding, operations, and client engagement.
